Effective Date: July 10, 2026 This Support Policy explains the scope, availability, and limitations of customer support provided by Warning Community. By purchasing or using any Product or Service offered through Warning Community, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Support Policy together with our Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, and Refund & Replacement Policy.
Warning Community provides customer support through its official support channels. Support may be available through: Discord support tickets. Email support. Customer portal tickets. Other support methods designated by Warning Community. Customers should use only official support channels when requesting assistance. Warning Community is not responsible for advice, instructions, or representations made through unofficial accounts, impersonators, unauthorized resellers, or third-party communities.
Warning Community provides reseller-level customer support for eligible Products distributed through our Services. Support may include: Installation guidance. License activation assistance. Authentication troubleshooting. Basic compatibility guidance. Product access and delivery issues. General troubleshooting based on information provided by the applicable third-party developer. Communication with the applicable developer where appropriate. Warning Community does not develop most Products sold through the Services and therefore cannot guarantee software modifications, bug fixes, feature requests, compatibility patches, or development changes that are controlled solely by the applicable third-party developer.
Customers requesting support are expected to cooperate in good faith and provide accurate information reasonably necessary to investigate the issue. This may include: Proof of purchase. Order number or transaction identifier. The email address associated with the purchase. Screenshots or error messages. System information. A clear description of the issue. Confirmation that installation instructions were followed. Completion of reasonable troubleshooting steps. Failure to provide requested information or refusal to participate in reasonable troubleshooting may delay or prevent support from being provided.
Warning Community makes reasonable efforts to respond to support requests in a timely manner. Support availability and response times may vary depending on: Staff availability. Support volume. The complexity of the issue. Product status. Developer availability. Maintenance periods. Third-party outages. Time zone differences. Holidays or emergencies. Warning Community does not guarantee immediate responses, twenty-four-hour staff availability, or resolution within any specific timeframe unless expressly stated otherwise in writing.
Support may be limited or unavailable for issues caused by circumstances outside the reasonable control of Warning Community. This may include: Unsupported operating systems. Unsupported hardware. Outdated or modified system files. Malware or security infections. Internet connectivity problems. User-created modifications. Conflicts with unrelated third-party software. Failure to follow installation instructions. Unauthorized redistribution or license sharing. Changes made by game developers, platform operators, anti-cheat providers, or operating system vendors. Use of a Product in violation of our Terms of Service. Warning Community may decline support where the issue is unrelated to a Product purchased through our Services.
Many Products offered through Warning Community are developed and maintained by independent third-party developers. Where an issue requires a software update, bug fix, compatibility patch, authentication change, or other development work, resolution may depend entirely upon the applicable developer. Warning Community may relay available information, provide general assistance, or communicate with the developer where appropriate, but cannot control the developer's response time, decisions, release schedule, or continued support of the Product.
Customers are expected to communicate respectfully with Warning Community staff and community members. Support may be restricted, suspended, or terminated where a customer engages in: Harassment. Threats. Discriminatory language. Repeated spam. Intentional disruption. False accusations made in bad faith. Abuse of support systems. Impersonation. Fraudulent claims. Attempts to pressure staff into violating policy. Restriction of support for abusive conduct does not automatically entitle the customer to a refund.
Support requests do not automatically qualify for a refund, replacement, or store credit. Refund and replacement eligibility is governed exclusively by the Warning Community Refund & Replacement Policy. Customers experiencing technical issues are generally expected to complete reasonable troubleshooting before a refund or replacement request can be fully evaluated.
