Binding Agreement & Acceptance
By clicking "I Agree", completing a purchase, accessing our website, joining our services, or using any products provided by Warning Community, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms of Service. This agreement constitutes a legally binding contract between you and Warning Community.

Independent Business & Non-Affiliation
Warning Community is an independent reseller and community platform.
We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, authorized by, or officially connected with Rockstar Games, Take-Two Interactive Software, Inc., Microsoft, Sony, Valve, Epic Games, or any other game developer, publisher, software company, or trademark holder unless explicitly stated otherwise.
All trademarks, logos, product names, and registered marks remain the property of their respective owners.
Intended Use
Offline / Single-Player Usage
Products distributed through Warning Community are primarily intended for personal use in offline or single-player environments where they do not affect other users.
Online Usage
Certain products may technically function in online environments. However:
Online use is performed entirely at your own risk.
Many games prohibit modifications through their Terms of Service or End User License Agreements (EULAs).
Warning Community does not encourage, recommend, or guarantee the use of any product in violation of third-party agreements.
Users are solely responsible for understanding and complying with the rules of any game or platform they use.
Digital Products & Refund Policy
Due to the nature of digital goods, all sales are final unless otherwise required by applicable law.
Immediate Delivery
By completing a purchase, you consent to immediate access, delivery, or activation of digital content.
EU Customers
Under Article 16(m) of Directive 2011/83/EU, you acknowledge and agree that your right of withdrawal is waived once digital delivery or activation has begun.
Assumption of Risk
You acknowledge that the use of modification software, enhancement tools, or related products may result in actions taken by third-party developers or service providers, including but not limited to:
Account suspensions
Temporary restrictions
Permanent bans
Character resets
Progress loss
Warning Community accepts no liability for any penalties imposed by third parties and does not provide refunds based on such actions.
Improper Usage
Refunds will not be granted for issues caused by:
Misuse of a product
Failure to follow instructions
Unsupported operating systems or hardware
Reverse engineering attempts
Unauthorized modifications
Use outside of intended environments
Payments & Transaction Requirements
We may accept payment through:
Stripe
Cash App
Cryptocurrency (BTC, LTC, and other supported coins)
Additional methods announced through our community platforms
Processing Fees
A transaction fee may be added to purchases to cover payment processor, fraud prevention, and operational costs. These fees are non-refundable.
Cryptocurrency Payments
When paying with cryptocurrency:
You must send the exact amount requested.
You must send funds to the correct wallet address.
Transactions sent incorrectly cannot be guaranteed recoverable.
Cash App Payments
When instructed, payment notes or identifiers must be entered exactly as provided. Failure to do so may delay order verification.
Card Payments
Customers are responsible for ensuring their payment method is authorized and compatible with the payment processor being used.
User Responsibilities
Compatibility
You are responsible for ensuring that:
Your hardware meets requirements.
Your operating system is supported.
Any dependencies required by the product are installed.
Product Research
If additional information is required before purchase, it is your responsibility to review available documentation or contact support before completing a transaction.
Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited:
Unauthorized redistribution
Reselling licenses without permission
Account sharing
Reverse engineering
Source code extraction
Circumvention of security systems
Fraudulent payment activity
Violation of these rules may result in immediate suspension or permanent revocation of access without refund.
HWID Resets
Hardware ID (HWID) resets are governed by the individual product developer's policies. Warning Community cannot guarantee reset approvals and may require users to contact the original developer directly.
Security & Fraud Prevention
To maintain a secure platform, Warning Community may utilize:
VPN & Proxy Detection
The use of VPNs, proxies, anonymizers, or similar technologies may result in transaction restrictions, additional verification requirements, or purchase denial.
Risk & Fraud Screening
Orders may be automatically screened using various anti-fraud systems, including:
Email reputation checks
Payment verification systems
Geographic validation
Behavioral risk analysis
Orders flagged as potentially fraudulent may be delayed, reviewed, or canceled.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Warning Community shall not be liable for:
Account bans or restrictions
Data loss
Lost profits
Business interruption
Hardware issues
Software conflicts
Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use any product or service
All products are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind unless explicitly stated otherwise.
Changes to These Terms
Warning Community reserves the right to modify, update, or replace these Terms of Service at any time.
Changes become effective immediately upon publication. Continued use of our services after modifications are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
If you do not agree with any future revisions, you must discontinue use of our services immediately.
